14-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Items must be:

·       Unworn and unused

·       In original condition

·       Have all original tags attached

·       Free from smoke, perfume, pet hair, or other odors

Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item within 14 days, as long as the item meets our return requirements.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size or color you want is no longer available, you may choose another item of equal value or receive a refund.

If the replacement item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Please contact us before sending an exchange so we can confirm availability and provide instructions.

Final Sale

Clearance, Last Chance and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Certain items, including some jewelry, beauty products, intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits, may also be final sale. If an item is final sale, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Shipping

Unless we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, return shipping is your responsibility.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process your return. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
