Refund policy

 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE DIFFERENT RETURN POLICIES BASED ON WHO FULFILLED THE ITEM.  

Currently, items are fulfilled either by Mia Boutique & Market or one of our Dropship partners.

* Items fulfilled by one of our dropship partners are subject to the return policy & process below noted in the section, "Dropship Partner Return Policy".

* Items fulfilled by Mia Boutique & Market, LLC are subject to the return policy & process below noted in the section, "Mia Boutique & Market Return Policy".


Dropship Partner Return Policy:

Exchanges are not allowed.  This is not allowed by our Dropship partners.

Items subject to this policy are noted in the item description in our online store by the following statement: "Available online only" or "Available online only - returns not allowed". For returns on items where the following statement exists in the item description in our online store:  "Available online only - returns not allowed", returns are allowed ONLY where the item received was incorrect or damaged.  

Returns are not allowed on the following items: bodysuits, swimwear, intimates/lingerie, beauty and jewelry.

Process:
Return requests must be submitted to us via email to custserv@miaboutiqueandmarket.com within 5 business days of receipt of your item.  No exceptions as we must have time to submit your return request to the Dropship partner before the return window closes.

If your return request is due to damaged item, your email must include photos showing the damage/defect and product's condition (unworn, unaltered and in the original packaging with tags still attached).
 
If your return request is due to incorrect item, your email must include photos that show the product's condition (unworn, unaltered and in the original packaging with tags still attached).  

For all other returns, your email must include photos that show the product's condition (unworn, unaltered and in the original packaging with tags still attached) and additional photos that supplement the return reason.

Once we have your return request email and required photos, we will submit the return request to the Dropship partner before the 7 business day window closes.  They will review the request and provide acceptance or rejection of the request.  This process can take several days.  If accepted, we will be provided a shipping label in electronic format that we will forward to you via email.  You will have 7 calendar days to ship the item using the shipping label provided.  Using any other method will result in your return not being accepted.  DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO US as that will delay the process and will likely cause the return request to be canceled due to missing the 7 calendar day window.

Once the Dropship partner has received your item, they will process the request and issue a refund or rejection.  If a refund is issued, it will be sent to your payment method used to purchase the item.  Depending on the type of refund (damaged item or incorrect item), shipping costs may be included in the refund. This determination is at the sole discretion of the Dropship partner. Also, the Dropship partner may charge a restocking fee at their discretion. For other types of returns, the refund will be the purchase price of item returned minus shipping costs to ship item to the Dropship partner.

Please do not issue credit card disputes or chargebacks without first contacting us and allowing us to work with the Dropship partner for an amicable solution.
 


Mia Boutique & Market Return Policy:

Our policy is 14 days term. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, please e-mail us at custserv@miaboutiqueandmarket.com to receive a return form. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must still be attached to the item(s) being returned. Items that have been washed or dry cleaned, containing pet hair, cigarette, perfume or any other odors, or altered in any way, will NOT be accepted for return. No exceptions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Mia Boutique & Market, LLC will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item(s) are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge of $11.00.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank or credit card institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which Mia Boutique & Market, LLC has no control over. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at custserv@miaboutiqueandmarket.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced and sale-priced items may qualify to be refunded. Clearance item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the item.  If an item you have purchased goes on sale within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund of the price difference.  E-mail us with your request at custserv@miaboutiqueandmarket.com.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to very limited quantities, Mia Boutique & Market, LLC cannot guarantee your item(s) to be in stock. You will need to purchase your new item first, then return the item you are exchanging.

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for returns to be processed, unless otherwise stated on the website. Thank you.

Mia Boutique & Market, LLC will notify you via e-mail when your item has shipped, along with the USPS tracking number.

Returns Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable since that is a service that has been used. Refund will be given for cost of item(s) only. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mia Boutique & Market, LLC cannot guarantee receipt of item. Mia Boutique & Market, LLC is not responsible for shipping institution’s service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
