About the makers: Alegria Accessories was founded by our friend, Sarah, the daughter of missionaries who started and ran a children's home in Honduras. The young women aging out of the orphanage are hand-crafting this jewelry collection in a safe environment for wages that support themselves and their families. Carrying that Caribbean feel, but following current colors and trends, they are creating joyful jewelry for women who want to use their shopping dollars to empower and uplift.
